Abstract

Die Rolle des Mannose-Rezeptors in Mikroglia-Zellen wurde untersucht. Durch Stimulation mit Cytokinen wurde die Regulation der Expression und Aktivität des Mannose-Rezeptors in einem immunologischen Umfeld in Mikroglia-Zellen simuliert. Die erhaltenen Ergebnissse sprechen für eine Beteiligung des Mannose-Rezeptors an der immunologisch relevanten Aktivität der Mikroglia-Zellen.

Translation of abstract (English)

The role of the mannose receptor in microglia was examined. Immunological conditions were simulated by stimulating the microglia with cytokines and the regulation of expression and function of the mannose receptor under these conditions was analysed. The results lead to the conclusion that the mannose receptor is involved in immunological funtions of microglia cells.
