Abstract

Es geht um den Föderalisierungsprozess der mexikanischen Kulturpolitik und um die Frage, ob das deutsche Modell als Orientierungspunkt dienen könnte. Die Kontext-Variablen beider Bundesrepubliken werden untersucht und verglichen. Auch die politischen Voraussetzungen werden erörtert, die einen Transfer ermöglichen könnten. Das deutsche kulturpolitische Modell hat sich aber nicht als "exportfähig" erwiesen, vor allem wegen der sehr unterschiedlichen Kontextfaktoren beider Länder.

Translation of abstract (English)

The work is about the federalism and the Cultur Policy in Mexico. The role of the german model as guide is a very important part of the investigation.
