Abstract

Die Ende des 17. Jahrhunderts von Gottfried W. Leibniz entwickelte Rechenmaschine war die erste Maschine für alle vier Grundrechenarten. Problematisch war die Zehnerübertragung für mehrere sich aufeinander stützende Positionen. Auf dem Mathematiker-Kongress 1904 wurde das Leibniz'sche Original aus Hannover gezeigt und vorgeführt.
