Abstract
Die Autorin, 1. Vorsitzende der AKMB, stellt die spezifische Arbeitssituation einer Museumsbibliothek dar. Der Bibliotheksbestand, als Spiegel der Museumssammlung wird ebenso beleuchtet wie die bibliothekarischen Arbeiten. Der Artikel schließt mit einer Auflistung von Aufgaben und Zielen einer Fachgruppe Museumsbibliotheken und weiterführender Literaturangaben zum Thema „Museumsbibliothek“.
