Abstract

Die Arbeit will zeigen, dass in einem Theater wertvolle medienpädagogische Arbeit geleistet werden kann. Neben der praktischen Medienarbeit können auch kulturelle, soziale und reflexive Medienkompetenzen dort erworben werden. Allerdings ist der Umgang mit modernen Bildmedien im Theater nicht ganz unproblematisch, da diese im Gegensatz zu anderen theatralen Mitteln, wie beispielsweise der Beleuchtung, nicht vorurteilsfrei eingesetzt werden können. Daher wird im Verlauf der Arbeit, neben den technischen und theoretischen Grundlagen zum Umgang mit Bildmedien auf der Bühne, auch intensiv auf das historische Verhältnis Theater und Bildmedien eingegangen. In einem Praxisteil wird anhand von 10 Fallstudien der medienpädagogisch sinnvolle Einsatz von Bildmedien auf der Bühne untersucht und hinterfragt, welche Adressaten (Theatermacher, Bildmedienproduzenten, Zuschauer) ihre Medienkompetenzen im Theater ausbauen können.

Translation of abstract (English)

The aim of this dissertation is to show that valuable media education work can be done in the theatre. In addition to practical media work, cultural, social and reflective media skills can be acquired. However, the use of modern visual media in the theatre is slightly problematic because, unlike other theatrical instruments such as lighting, visual media cannot be deployed with complete objectivity. For this reason the dissertation, in addition to technical and theoretical bases of the use of visual media on stage, also studies in depth the historical relationship between theatre and visual media. The practical section of the dissertation examines and critically analyses 10 case studies illustrating the pedagogically valuable use of visual media on stage and raises the question of which addressees (theatre workers, producers of visual media, audiences) could improve their media skills in the theatre.
