Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to all documents made available on for which the copyright holder has not determined a Print-on-Demand (POD) or a Creative Commons License.

• The copyright regulations (laid down in the German Copyright Act (UrhG)) must be respected, every time a work is used. Reproductions are only permitted for private or other personal use according to § 53 UrhG. It is forbidden to alter or transform the work in any way (§ 23 UrhG).
• Before the work was published on the copyright holder/holder of rights agreed to a permanent public access and archiving of the document on andgranted Heidelberg University Library with the necessary non-exclusive rights of use. Any further public reproduction or other distribution is not permitted and is subjected to the explicit approval of the copyright holder.
• Only the copyright holder is responsible for the content of the document. Heidelberg University Library does not assume any liability for the content provided on heiDOK and linked external sites.
