The study focuses on the Late Minoan I architectural phases of the Palace and assesses the effects of the second phase modifications on the circulation. It can be shown that during the first phase, circulation was less restricted than during the second phase. The second phase modifications altered the west entrance system and complicated the circulation pattern within the West Wing of the palace drastically. abstract_translated_lang: eng date: 2008 date_type: published id_scheme: DOI id_number: 10.11588/propylaeumdok.00000517 portal_cluster_id: p-caa2007 portal_order: 0107 ppn_swb: 1391378059 own_urn: urn:nbn:de:bsz:16-propylaeumdok-5176 language: eng bibsort: HACIGUZELLMODELINGHU2008 full_text_status: public place_of_pub: Bonn pagerange: 336-341 book_title: Layers of Perception.
