Abstract
Die Arbeit behandelt die vielschichtigen Verknüpfungen zwischen der Kultgeschirrgattung der Kabirenbecher, ihrer Bilderwelt und ihrem realen Verwendungsrahmen, dem klassischen Kabirion bei Theben, dessen kultische Lebenswelt durch architektonische Reste und verschiedene Votivgruppen bezeugt ist.
Translation of abstract (English)
This study is about the multi-layered connections between the cultic pottery of the Cabiric vases, its images and its context of usage: the classical Cabirion at Thebes. There the cult is attested by architectural remains and various votive groups.
