Abstract

In this thesis, we prove the generalised pro-2 real Section Conjecture for what we call equivariantly triangulable varieties over R. Examples include all smooth varieties as well as (possibly singular) affine/projective varieties. Building on this, we derive the generalised real Section Conjecture in the geometrically étale simply connected case.

Translation of abstract (German)

In dieser Arbeit beweisen wir die verallgemeinerte reelle pro-2 Schnittvermutung für sogenannte äquivariant triangulierbare Varietäten über R. Dies beinhaltet alle glatten Varietäten, sowie alle (möglicherweise singuläre) affinen/projektiven Varietäten. Darauf aufbauend zeigen wir die verallgemeinerte reelle Schnittvermutung im geometrisch étale einfach zusammenhängenden Fall.
