Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag entwickelt eine evidenzbasierte Indikatorik zur Evaluation von Wissenstransfer in den Sozial- und Geisteswissenschaften an der Universität Heidelberg. Dieses Working Paper erweitert die Perspektive der Transferprofilevaluation von der projektbezogenen hin zu einer fächer- und fakultätsübergreifenden Ebene. Ziel ist es, Transferaktivitäten (verstanden als unterschiedliche Wirkungspfade und zugehörige Transferformate) systematisch sichtbar zu machen. Die auf Literaturanalysen sowie empirischen Ergebnissen aus Mapping von Transferaktivitäten an der Universität, Interviews und Workshops im Projektkontext basierten qualitativen und quantitativen Indikatoren bilden eine erste Grundlage für strategische Steuerung und Ressourcenallokation von Transferprojekten. Die Entwicklung der Indikatoren erfolgt auf Basis eines Theory-of-Change-Modells unter Berücksichtigung der Dimensionen Input, Output, Outcome und Impact.

Translation of abstract (English)

This paper develops an evidence-based set of indicators for evaluating knowledge transfer in the social sciences and humanities at Heidelberg University. The working paper extends transfer profile evaluation beyond the project level to encompass disciplinary and faculty-wide perspectives. Its aim is to make transfer activities - understood as different impact pathways and corresponding transfer formats - systematically visible. Based on literature reviews as well as empirical findings from the mapping of transfer activities at the university, interviews, and workshops conducted within the project context, the proposed qualitative and quantitative indicators provide an initial foundation for the strategic management and allocation of resources for transfer projects. The development of the indicators follows a Theory of Change approach and takes into account the dimensions of input, output, outcome, and impact.
