abstract: Der Einsatz neuer Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT) gewinnt auch für die Hochschulen immer mehr an Bedeutung - wie die verschiedenen Initiativen der Bundesländer durch Einrichtung virtueller Studiengänge bzw. virtueller Universitäten zeigen. Doch worin besteht nun der Mehrwert für die Hochschullehre? Im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit steht die Frage, welches Potenzial ein Blended-Learning-Angebot im Sinne didaktischer Innovation bietet und welche Auswirkungen dies auf eine spezifische E-Learning-Didaktik haben kann.
