Absorbierter organizational slack für die sekundäre Wertschöpfung ispublished: pub subjects: ddc-330 divisions: i-181000 keywords: organizational slack , efficiency measures of resource allocation , organizational performance abstract_translated_text: The paper analyses the use of absorbed organizational slack in the context of its structure of value. The advantages of medium term use are being opposed to the short term reduction of slack. On the basis of the cost function elements it will be shown that instead of an optimal slack amount a performance adequate amount of slack is recommendable. Organizational slack can only be measured retrospectively. In the meantime, under the requirements of management, operational principles of resource management can actively contribute to a heuristic way of approaching the adequate point of slack. With the concept of so-called ‘secondary value added’ a kind of organizational structure has been drafted, which shows a possible use of absorbed organizational slack. abstract_translated_lang: eng class_scheme: jel class_labels: D23, L29, M10, D61 date: 2011 date_type: published id_scheme: DOI id_number: 10.11588/heidok.00011818 schriftenreihe_cluster_id: sr-3 schriftenreihe_order: 0513 ppn_swb: 1410350061 own_urn: urn:nbn:de:bsz:16-opus-118186 language: ger bibsort: KRCALHANSCDASMANAGEM2011 full_text_status: public citation: Krcal, Hans-Christian (2011) Das Management des (un)erwünschten Ressourcenüberschusses Teil IV.
