title: Quality control for peptide chip array production creator: Wagner, Jennifer subject: 530 subject: 530 Physics description: This work establishes quality control for selective deposition of tribo-electrically charged micro-particles containing pre-activated amino acids onto a CMOS-chip in order to achieve high peptide densities in a modified Merrifield peptide synthesis. It encompasses the setup and implementation of an image processing supported auto- mated assessment of the particle depositions based on the analysis of the particles used, modelling the particle transfer out of an aerosol, deducing optimised param- eters and finding a surface analysis experiment that allows for semi-quantitative spatially resolved detection of amino acids coupled to the support in the microm- eter range. Furthermore, a flexible stand-alone interface to the control program of the automated system is implemented. date: 2011 type: Dissertation type: info:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesis type: NonPeerReviewed format: application/pdf identifier: https://archiv.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/volltextserverhttps://archiv.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/volltextserver/12602/1/report.pdf identifier: DOI:10.11588/heidok.00012602 identifier: urn:nbn:de:bsz:16-opus-126029 identifier: Wagner, Jennifer (2011) Quality control for peptide chip array production.
