abstract: Der Beitrag stellt eine kommunikations- und systemtheoretisch reflektierte Modifikation des aus der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung stammenden Instruments des Gesundheitszirkels vor. Ziel ist es, den Gesundheitszirkel als Forschungsmethode in das Paradigma der partizipativen Gesundheitsforschung zu überführen. Als partizipative Forschungsmethode wird der Gesundheitszirkel dabei eingebettet in einen Institutionalisierungsprozess, der Partizipation als regulatives Ideal begreift und in Form eines Verfahrens zu verwirklichen sucht. Anhand eines Beispiels im Krankenhaussetting wird aufgezeigt, dass diese partizipative Methode es auf Dauer gestellt ermöglicht, die Arbeitswirklichkeit gemeinsam mit Beschäftigten in einem geschützten Raum diskursiv zu analysieren und auf dieser Basis im Sinne von durch Belastungserfahrungen Betroffenen strukturell zu verändern.
abstract_translated_text: This article presents a modification of the Health Circle, which originates from workplace health promotion, reflected in terms of communication and system theory. The aim is to transfer the Health Circle as a research method into the paradigm of Participatory Health Research. As a participatory research method, the Health Circle is embedded in an institutionalization process that sees participation as a regulative ideal and seeks to realize it in the form of a procedure. With the help of an example in the hospital setting, it will be shown that this participatory method makes it possible on a sustained basis to discursively analyze the reality of work together with employees in a protected environment and on this basis to structurally change it as defined by those affected by stress experiences.
