Develop a federal strategy and an action plan to ensure non-discriminatory access to healthcare, ? Revise any existing legal restrictions that limit equal access for all persons to preventive, curative and palliative health care. ? Monitor inequalities in health and healthcare access. ? Ensure sufficient availability and financing of translation services needed for adequate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
