Abstract
In der Nonnengasse in Löchgau (Lkr. Ludwigsburg) wurde im Frühjahr 2023 eine archäologische Rettungsgrabung notwendig, da hier ein Ärztehaus mit Tiefgarage entstehen soll. In insgesamt sechs Schnitten, die in bis zu vier Plana abgetieft wurden, konnten 423 Befunde dokumentiert werden. Die Befunde reichten von Pfostengruben, Gruben und Grubenhäusern bis hin zu einem Keller und einer Zisterne. Dabei weisen die Funde auf eine Datierung in das Hoch- und Spätmittelalter hin und lassen eine handwerkliche Nutzung des Areals wahrscheinlich werden.
