Translation of abstract (English)
The paper deals with the search for optimal slack grade conditions. The evaluation of the optimal slack grade takes into account the relationship be-tween slack and organizational performance and efficiency measures of resource allocation. Organization and behavioural theory deliver some arguments for the basic measurement of slack as a positive state in organizational resource allocation. The organizational slack phenomenon is also analysed within paradigmatic positions of neoclassical theory, agency theory and game theory. In this paper, Leibenstein’s concept of X-efficiency/inefficiency is analysed for contents similiar to the organizational understanding of slack.
