Abstract
Dieser zweiteilige Beitrag vermittelt einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Instrumente des Umweltrechts. Der erste Teil (JURA 2022, 1394 ff.) behandelte im Schwerpunkt das Planungsrecht, die direkten Instrumente (Ordnungsrecht) und das Verfahren. Der zweite Teil beschäftigt sich vor allem mit dem informalen Verwaltungshandeln, den indirekten (sog. ökonomischen) Instrumenten sowie der Umwelthaftung.
