Abstract
Dieser zweite Teil einer ökonomischen Einführung ins Kapitalmarktrecht setzt den ersten Teil aus JURA 2023, 442 ff. fort. Er stellt verschiedene regelungsbedürftige Probleme sowie die zu ihrer Lösung berufenen Rechtsinstitute dar und hebt fünf Charakteristika des Kapitalmarktrechts hervor. Zum Schluss behandelt er die Frage nach der »Richtigkeit« der Börsenpreise von Aktien und zeigt deren rechtliche Relevanz auf.
