Abstract
This report offers two lists of the 51 extant manuscripts of the works of Lysias copied before 1600. Chapter I presents the 24 mss containing only the Epitaphius (Oratio ii), and chapter II the remaining 27 mss containing Orationes i-xxxi. Chapter III deals with the textual relationship between Matritensis 4611 (Ma) and Marcianus gr. 522(I). Our investigations lead us to conclude that Ma cannot be a copy of I, and that the two manuscripts derive probably from a common exemplar (e), which is not an ancestor of any other extant witnesses.
