Abstract

Translation of abstract (English)

The aim of this work is to produce a detailed description of the relationship between therapist and client in behavioural therapy. To this end, the relationship between 14 German and 23 French behavioural therapists and their clients was investigated once between the third and sixth therapy session with the SASB (structural analysis of social behaviour) long form questionnaire. The results confirm a series of findings about the therapist-client relationship from different psychotherapeutic approaches. In the first part, a description of the relational behaviour of therapist and client in the initial stage of behavioural therapy is given with regard to: a) the different intrapsychic conditions (introject) of therapist and client, b) self and reciprocal perception in relational behaviour with respect to esteem, affection and control, and c) the complementarity of the therapist and client. The second part of the results deal with the possibility of a national comparison and end with an outlook at the pending validation of the French SASB long form questionnaire.
