Abstract
Das Buch bietet eine umfassende Rekonstruktion und Gesamtauslegung der Spätphilosophie Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph von Schellings (1775-1854), in der alle wesentlichen Gedanken im systematischen Zusammenhang zur Sprache kommen. Als letzter großer Entwurf der onto-theologischen Metaphysik und in kritischer Auseinandersetzung mit Hegel werden hier noch einmal die großen Themen dieser bestimmenden abendländischen Denkform behandelt und an ihr Ende geführt.
