Abstract
Die Raumerfahrung eines Menschen ist untrennbar mit dem in seiner Gesellschaft vorherrschenden Geokonzept verbunden. Beide zusammen bilden ein komplexes System, das hilft mit Raum und Umwelt umzugehen. Jede Gesellschaft versucht, sich die Umwelt in der sie lebt zu erklären. Dazu benötigt sie ein mentales Konzept des Raums, das sie auf die Welt und die Wahrnehmung derselben, projiziert. Dieses Konzept kann sich für jede Kultur sehr spezifisch entwickeln, aber auch gemeinsame Ansatzpunkte bieten.
Translation of abstract (English)
The perception of space is in deep connection with society and its concept of space. They form a system to deal with space and environment. Each society tries to explain itself the environment with the help of a mental concept, which can be projected onto the world and its perception. This concept can be specific for each culture, or can have common starting points.
