Abstract

Das dem Palladio-Motiv bzw. der Serliana entsprechende architektonische System bestimmt schon den Wandabschnitt, der dem Eingang des Pantheons gegenüberliegt. Brunelleschi, in seiner Nachfolge Bramante und spätere Architekten, auch Borromini, übernahmen des "Pantheon-Motiv", dessen Bedeutung für die Architektur der Renaissance und des römischen Barock herausgestellt wird.
