Abstract
Der Beitrag von Campus TV zeigt, wie der Einsatz von Computern zu verbesserten Trainingsmethoden in der Sportwissenschaft führt. Professor Klaus Roth vom Institut für Sport und Sportwissenschaft erläutert das computerüberwachte Krafttraining, das das Ziel verfolgt, den optimalen Wechsel bei Be- und Entlastung der Muskeln zu finden. Video-Aufzeichnungen helfen beim Schwimmtraining, die Bewegungsabläufe sowohl bei Absprung und Eintauchen ins Becken als auch bei einzelnen Schwimmzügen für jeden Sportler als Ideallinie zu entwickeln.
