Abstract

Translation of abstract (English)

The main concern of this thesis is the analysis of the inherited body of Chinese literature on the natural environment, specifically, mountains. The editorial history of this type of literature is presented in greater detail, together with a dissection of its individual parts. The state of knowledge transparent in this literature merits our attention since it became formalized and standardized, and therefore entered the canon of very detailed official knowledge about a specific locality. In fact, the construction of a place hinged upon its literary model.
