Translation of abstract (English)
The paper presents a variety of financial and non-financial indicators for the measurability of organizational slack. The different state of slack, identified and explained in the former paper part I. (State of slack, functions and antecedents of organisational slack), can be brought into direct link to suitable indicators. Self-report questionnaires, as an own type of indicators, underline the subjective character of organisational slack. With the development of an own measure, the so-called “suitable-indicator of potential utilization”, an indicator for absorbed non-financial slack in human resource issues is presented.
