Abstract

Die Informationsverarbeitung in einem Krankenhaus stellt einen wichtigen Qualitätsfaktor dar, aber auch einen erheblichen Kostenfaktor. Ein systematisches Management der Informationsverarbeitung ist daher notwendig. Ein wichtiges Werkzeug hierzu stellen Anforderungsmodelle dar. Obwohl zahlreiche spezielle Methoden und Ansätze zur Anforderungsmodellierung bekannt sind, bleiben die Ergebnisse ihrer Anwendung häufig unbefriedigend. In dieser Arbeit wird daher ein allgemeines Anforderungsmodell vorgestellt, welches eine einheitliche Anforderungsmodellierung ermöglicht, in allen Bereichen des Managements von Informationssystemen eingesetzt werden kann. Das Anforderungsmodell wird dabei als polyhierarchischer Wurzelgraph definiert. Um eine formale Überprüfung konkreter Anforderungsmodelle zu ermöglichen, werden acht strukturelle und 11 inhaltliche Gütekriterien formuliert. Zur Unterstützung der Erstellung und Anwendung polyhierarchischer Anforderungsmodelle wird außerdem eine 10-Schritt-Methode zur Anforderungsmodellierung vorgestellt. Sie beschreibt, wie man ausgehend von den Systemzielen die Anforderungen ableitet, wie Gewichtungen und Verrechnungen innerhalb des Anforderungsmodells vorgegeben werden können, wie das Modell konkret zur Überprüfung eines Informationssystems bzw. einer Komponente angewandt und wie letztlich die Ergebnisse verrechnet und präsentiert werden können. Die Anwendbarkeit des Modells und der 10-Schritt-Methode wird anhand von zwei Beispielen aufgezeigt. Die beispielhaften Anwendungen des polyhierarchischen Anforderungsmodells und der 10-Schritt-Methode zeigen, daß der vorgestellte Ansatz der Anforderungsmodellierung praktikabel ist. Die entstehenden Anforderungsmodelle können in den verschiedenen Bereichen des Managements von Informationssystemen eingesetzt werden, sie sind gleichzeitig verständlich und auf strukturelle und inhaltliche Güte überprüfbar.

Information processing in hospitals is both an important quality and cost criteria. A systematic management of information processing is thus needed. There are various methods and procedures for requirement modelling, but often they do not lead to satisfying results. In this thesis we present a general requirement model which allows uniform requirement modelling in all areas of information management. The model is based on the central assumption that all requirements can be derived from the aims of the information system under consideration, and that all requirement stand in a polyhierarchical relationship to each other. The requirement model is thus defined as a polyhierarchical root graph. 8 structural and 11 content quality criteria are defined to enable a formal evaluation of concrete requirement models. To support creation and use of polyhierarchical requirement models, a 10-step-method of requirement modelling is presented. This method describes how requirements can be derived from the aims of the information system, and how weights can be assigned and calculated within the requirement model. In addition it describes how the model can be used for an evaluation of information systems or of components, and how the results can be calculated and presented. Using two examples, the applicability of the model and of the 10-step-method is demonstrated. First, a requirement model for a nursing documentation system is created and used to evaluate two documentation systems. Secondly, a requirement model for information processing in nursing is created and used during an evaluation study in 5 hospitals. These examples show that the presented way is practicable. The requirement models created can be used in different areas of information management, they are understandable, and their structural and content quality can be measured. Requirement models are now comparable and combinable.
