Abstract
Berichtet wird vom ersten Intelligenztest der Welt und dessen Erfinder, Alfred Binet. Neben einer kurzen biografischen Skizze von Alfred Binet wird der Binet-Simon-Test beschrieben und beispielhaft vorgestellt. Darüber hinaus wird die Bedeutung dieses Verfahrens für die Geschichte der Psychometrie herausgestellt.
