Abstract
On 11 June 2010 Dr Gerd Weisgerber, long-time vice president of the German Mining Museum in Bochum died. He had extraordinary interpersonal skills in addition to being an outstanding conventional and mining archaeologist.
Translation of abstract (German)
11.06.2010 starb Dr. Gerd Weisgerber, langjähriger Vizepräsident des Deutschen Bergbau-Museums in Bochum. Er besaß außergewöhnliche Menschenkenntnisse, war ein ausgezeichneter konventioneller und Montanarchäologe.
