Abstract

Normalerweise kann man nicht sehen, wie das Innere eines Steines aussieht oder wie sich die Kolben in einem Automotor bewegen. Doch es geht ganz ohne Science Fiction mit Hilfe von Neutronen. Ein Team um Professor Hartmut Abele am Physikalischen Institut der Universität Heidelberg arbeitet mit Neutronenstrahlen, und die dringen sogar durch dicke Eisenwände (Beitrag Campus-TV, Mannheim, März 2007)
