Abstract
Translation of abstract (English)
The color red sends diverse signals and has for millennia maintained its unique position in art in all its shades and facets, from pink to purple. In modern color theories, red occupies a middle position between light and dark (François d´Aguilon, Optics, 1613). It is the color of eroticism, new beginnings, enforcement, strength and death. In everyday life, this color loves the grand entrance and shows dominance, self-confidence and trend-setting. Due to the increasingly sophisticated production of the color pigments, a virtually unlimited use has been made possible.
