Translation of abstract (English)
On the west wall of Saint Onuphrius church in Lavriv (1540s) there survives a mural fragment representing the enthroned Virgin Mary in a mandorla of light. The author of the article has identified the painting as the illustration of Strophe 23 of the Akathistos Hymn.
