Abstract
In dieser Arbeit wird eine Evaluation der 3D-Streifenprojektion zur Zustandsanalyse und zum Monitoring von Veränderungsprozessen bei Gemälden vor allem im Hinblick auf Kunsttransporte vorgenommen. Die Evaluation erfolgt auf Basis von Probekörpern und Gemälden im Zuge von Laborstudien, aber auch im musealen Leihverkehr. Für die Analyse und Interpretation der 3D-Modellvergleiche sind auf materialtechnologischen und konservatorisch/restauratorischen Aspekten beruhende Plausibilitätsprüfungen unabdingbar. Nur so ist zu klären, inwiefern detektierte Modellunterschiede Ausdruck von beispielsweise transportinduzierten Objektveränderungen sind. Bei den im Rahmen der Fallstudien realisierten Kunsttransporten erfolgte neben dem Oberflächenmonitoring der Gemälde auch eine umfassende Aufzeichnung der Transportumstände. So können die klimatische Situation als auch mechanische Belastungen mit etwaigen Objektveränderungen in Beziehung gesetzt werden.
Translation of abstract (English)
In this thesis, an evaluation of the 3D fringe projection for the analysis of the condition and for the monitoring of change processes in paintings is carried out, especially with re-gard to art transports. The evaluation takes place on the basis of test specimens and paintings in the course of laboratory studies but also in international loans. For the analysis and interpretation of the 3D model comparisons, plausibility checks based on material technology and conservation/restoration aspects are essential. This is the only way to clarify to what extent detected model differences are an expression of, for example, transport-induced object changes. In the case of the art transports realized in the context of the case studies, a comprehensive recording of the transport circumstances was carried out in addition to the surface monitoring of the paintings. In this way, the climatic situation as well as mechanical loads can be related to any changes in the property.
